Yasir Zahoor

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Founder of Crystal, he works with a passion to make a difference to all the lives he touched. He keeps Crystal growing with a positive drive and strategy and is always willing to learn.

Tanya Rogers

Managing Director - MD
A much valued member of the team, she keeps everyone (and the company), focused and targeted with constantly developing plans, strategies and a great sense of humour. With years of experience and knowledge, she has been with Crystal since its establishment and continues to contribute to our growth and development.

Gary Farnham

Operations Director
Knowledgeable and well experienced, with over 20 years, in our industry, Gary joined our team in 2019 and has become an integral part of our team. He manages the operations teams and ensures uninterrupted service of every project we undertake.

Nanita Limbu

Head of Finance
Well qualified and with Crystal for over 3 years now, she budgets every project and ensures a healthy P&L every year. She also oversees the purchasing department and is a strong team member and her valuable advice is sought for in every major decision for Crystal.

Vitor Bastos

Area Operations Manager
From managing the day-to-day operations on sites to updating weekly and monthly reports, Vitor looks after our London daily contracts and our operatives’ welfare on sites. He has over 10 years experience in managing cleaning contracts and is quick at trouble shooting.

Sadia Zahoor

Summer Operations Manager
With the Crystal team for over 8 years now, Sadia is well versed with all our departments and is currently the Summer Operations Manager for London and surrounding areas. She manages the schedules of operatives and mobile teams and is highly valued in operations.

Faisal Ahmed

Area Operations Manager & Health & Safety Officer
Faisal is our Area operations manager for the Northern region and is also our Health and Safety Officer. Highly experienced and qualified with IOSH, he conducts our H&S Site Audits and manages a team of 10 people for North.

Andreaa Badaca

Summer Operations Manager
Andreea has been with Crystal for over 5 years and manages a large team during Summer operations.

Genny Ascani

Accounts Assistant
Recently graduated and new to the team, Genny takes care of the daily book-keeping and accounts updates.
