Andrea, as the Regional Manager for the summer period, is an important part of our operational team because she runs and functions all the contractual scenarios and portrays the best of performance in handling and planning outperformance by the staff and for the betterment of the clients’ requirements. Andrea is well-known for her exceptional management abilities, and she is an asset to the organisation, bringing ease and comprehensive growth with consecutive improvement enunciating performance and handling the difficulties among and with up-and-coming performers.
Nanita joined Crystal Facilities Management in July 2016 after working at CXK Limited as the Group Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and managing Major Projects. She began her professional career as a claim assistant at RBLI. She excels in finance, business, and management accounting. She is fluent in four languages. She enjoys travelling and learning new languages, and she hopes to do more philanthropic work or start her own women’s education organisation in Nepal.
Faisal Zahoor has overseen summer deep clean projects as well as periodic cleans for major universities in the north and Midlands. He is a resource management expert who manages mobile teams and provides frequent and up-to-date training sessions. Faisal has been with Crystal FM for 8 years and has over 12 years of housekeeping and project management experience. Faisal is responsible for contract administration, including contract strategy, scheduling, management, implementation, and delivery. Faisal ensures that personnel obtain in-house and site-specific training to perform their specialised tasks. Prior to the start of the contract, he also leads the pre-contract meetings.
Sadia has been a crucial component for Crystal Facilities Management’s developing stage in carrying out services and speculating, placing the exquisite jargons and assertions. Sadia is responsible for overseeing all corporate requirements, such as defining the firm’s strategic objectives and policies, tracking progress toward the objectives and policies, appointing senior management, and accounting for the corporation’s operations to relevant stakeholders such as shareholders. She oversees all contractual controls for the customer, as well as establishing a more effective platform for promoting team supervision.
Tanya has been involved in business management since 2000, when she began her career as a young entrepreneur, establishing and expanding various businesses ranging from recruitment/facilities management to food/retail. Her knowledge, competence, and dedication contributed to the company’s success. Tanya is currently a Managing Director at Crystal Facilities Management, overseeing a diverse group of professionals collaborating to serve clients.
