Description:
A Summer Deep Cleaning training event was conducted to provide staff with a comprehensive overview of the deep cleaning programm and operational standards. During the session, the CATS process was explained in detail, with a particular focus on outstanding issues and the importance of accurate sign-off reporting. Discussions were held to clarify procedures, address common challenges, and ensure consistent understanding of reporting requirements.
The training also included a review of chemicals and cleaning equipment to reinforce safe and effective usage practices. In addition, the training slides and supporting materials were presented and discussed to ensure all attendees understood the required standards, procedures, and expectations for carrying out summer deep cleaning activities. The session provided an opportunity for questions, feedback, and clarification to support operational consistency across sites.
